Terms of Conditions

a) Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice and 15% tax should be added on all rates.

b) Liabilities

i) T-Tam shall not be liable for any injury, schedule change or delay, loss or

damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.

ii) T-Tam's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the

laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of

Ethiopia in which the cause of action arise.

iii) T-Tam reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out any or all parts

the services agreed to be supplied, and in any event of the exercise of such

right the terms of clause above relating to T-Tam's liability shall apply.

iv) Though every care will be taken, T-Tam cannot be held responsible for loss or

damage of baggage of other personal belongings.

c) Payments

On confirmation of tours, agencies or individuals making bookings with T-Tam shall make payments as follows:

1) 80% forty five days before the commencement of the tour

2) The balance of 20% should be completed upon completion of the tour

If payment is not effected accordingly T-Tam is not obligated to accept the client/conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

d) Cancellation

Cancellations make in less than forty-five days before the commencement of the tour 50% of the tour cost will be charged and for cancellations made within two weeks period, before the commencement of the tour no refund on the initial payment of 80% will be made.
